We have a $195.00 repair fee to complete minor repair work, which takes care of most small leaks

Examples of these are:

• Nail Pops or lifting shingles
• Re-nail loose shingles
• Reseal vents and plumbing pipes
• Re-seal flashing on walls and chimney
• Re-attaching siding
• Re-attaching trim or shutters
• Minor Painting (Homeowner Provides Supplies)
• Cleaning gutters (up to 100')
• Securing loose gutters (up to 50')

We are more than happy to provide you with an estimate if you prefer however most minor leaks can be repaired for our minimum fee. If the repair needed is more extensive than our $195.00 fee covers the service technician will only write an estimate and no fee will be billed.

If a repair is completed, a paid invoice for $195.00 listing the findings and repairs completed during the service run will be sent to your home in a couple of days.

Be aware that some minor repairs completed are only a temporary solution.

If more extensive work is needed, G/M Home Exteriors will send you a service agreement to complete that work when you are ready. It will be in addition to the $195.00 fee from the repair G/M Home Exteriors already completed.

There are no interior damage warranties for repair work of any kind. A re-evaluation service run will be honored for 30-days to review the same area and perform additional minor repairs if needed.

If you want to complete the additional proposed work from G/M Roofing Home Exteriors , just sign the service agreement and forward it back to G/M Home Exteriors .
